Holiday destination
The holiday apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Oeventrop, in the beautiful Ruhr Valley of the Sauerland, surrounded by the Arnsberg Forest Nature Park. Many well-marked hiking trails lead approx. 200 m past the holiday apartment and invite you to take short or long hikes. The Oeventroper Panoramaweg, one of the most beautiful circular hiking trails in the Sauerland, leads directly past the holiday apartment.
The Ruhr Valley Cycle Path from Winterberg (source of the Ruhr) to the mouth of the Ruhr into the Rhine near Duisburg is two streets away.
An Africa children's playground can be reached in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
Many excursion options in the nearby area make Oeventrop a varied and relaxing holiday destination. The historic town center of Arnsberg with a large castle ruin from the early Middle Ages is 7 km away. The Möhne Dam (19 km), the Sorpesee (20 km) and the Hennesee (17 km) as well as the ski lift in Bödefeld with the longest floodlit slope in the Sauerland (25 km) are worth a trip at any time of year. The Fort Fun amusement park (30 km) or the Nass adventure pool in Arnsberg (15 minutes) can also be reached quickly.
Every hour a train (Sauerlandexpress) takes you from Oeventrop station along the traffic jams on the federal highway to the snow slopes in Winterberg.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum! Der Kontakt mit Herrn Vormweg war unkompliziert und sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Dir Wohnung ist sehr groß und super schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet! Für die Kinder war ein toll ausgestattet Zimmer hergerichtet-Spiele für drinnen und draußen, Bücher,Malsachen, Gesellschaftsspiele, es war alles da! Die Küche und das Bad sind toll-alles da was man braucht! (Und alles sehr sauber) Wir haben auch den schönen Pelettofen nutzen können-dieser war schon an als wir ankamen, so war es schon direkt gemütlich! Schöne Terrasse mit Mega Ausblick und ein wirklich liebevoll angelegter Garten!
Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren für ein paar Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung von Familie Vormweg, die mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet war.
Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und wir hatten das Gefühl ,schon öfter dort gewesen zu sein,weil man sich sofort beim Betreten der Wohnung schon fast wie Zuhause fühlte.Ich habe selten ein so kindgerechtesKinderzimmer mit so einer großen Spieleauswahl, gut ausgewählten Dekoartikeln gesehen,an denen ich mich selbst als Erwachsene erfreute und Spass hatte sie mir anzuschauen.
Die Wohnung war tiptop gepflegt,sie ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch den Ausblick in den tollen Garten und in die Sauerländer Berge waren ein Highlight unseres Urlaubs.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.Dankeschön.
