Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation (except for Covid, see article 11), the amounts paid will be reimbursed after receipt of a cancellation letter, which will be sent by registered post with acknowledgment of receipt no later than 30 days before the start of the rental period. Customers will not be reimbursed for cancellations made after this time, whatever the reason.
In the event of cancellation by the owner, the deposit will be reimbursed

The holiday home is located in the south of France, in Auvergne in the heart of nature, 10 minutes from Puy En Velay, a UNESCO-listed town and the start of the route to Santiago de Compostela.
