The new and modern 56 sqm holiday apartment on the 2nd floor with the covered balcony offers a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains with alpine pastures and meadows.
Your holiday home is open and flooded with light, impresses with its cozy, modern furnishings and absolute feel-good atmosphere, exclusively equipped with modern furniture and high-quality materials.
The apartment is divided into a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a bunk bed, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and an open living room with a dining area. It offers enough space for a family with up to 2 children!
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, the apartment with wooden floors as well as electric blinds, WiFi and TV. It is very quiet and at the same time very centrally located due to the traffic-calmed 30 km/h zone and the side facing away from the street.
Your own underground parking space and an adjacent locked bicycle room are available. The apartment is barrier-free and accessible via an elevator.

In the magical “Kaiserwinkl” at the foot of the “Wild and the Zahmer Kaiser” you can enjoy genuine Tyrolean hospitality.
There are endless leisure activities here in every season, in partly untouched nature. Skiing is possible in Walchsee or Kössen. The approximately 120 km long network of cross-country ski trails is a paradise and runs through the entire Kaiserwinkl. Winter hiking trails, snowshoe tours, sledding, ice skating and curling - “heart, what more could you want?”
The summer fun begins in spring, when the three golf courses Walchsee-Moarhof”, “Kaiserwinkl Golf Kössen” and “Reit im Winkl-Kössen” start playing again. Summer tobogganing, archery, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding and much more are on offer. Those who like something a little more adventurous will get their money's worth with a paragliding flight from the Unterberghorn or with rafting and canyoning.
The Walchsee, known for its high water quality, invites you to enjoy a day of swimming. Or would you prefer something more active? Then you have the option of water skiing, surfing or training your fitness with stand-up paddling.
Eating and drinking, as they say in Tyrol, keep body and soul together. In the restaurants, huts and mountain inns you can often find very special, traditional dishes. The cuisine in the Kaiserwinkl is tasty and varied.
Fancy some culture? Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck can be reached from here in 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
