The 52m² 2-room holiday apartment for max. 2 people is located on the ground floor of an apartment building with an elevator.
In the entrance area there is a cloakroom and a storage area where you will find cleaning utensils as well as a separate freezer. The bathroom off of it is spacious with a walk-in shower and a washer-dryer. In the separate bedroom you will feel comfortable in a 50 cm high, 1.80 m wide double bed that is open at the foot end, and a large sliding door wardrobe offers more than enough space for your holiday clothes. Storage options, dimmable reading lamps and a small flatscreen TV with integrated DVD player round off the coziness. The open living area has a high-quality high-gloss kitchen that is equipped with branded appliances (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, egg cooker). There is a dining area with a leather-covered bench and chairs. You can relax on a comfortable leather sofa bed in front of the window, read a good book on the comfortable armchair, listen to music or watch TV. The living area leads to the terrace. There you can enjoy the summer rays on the garden furniture or in your own beach chair.
Shops, restaurants and bakeries are within easy walking distance. The harbor, beach and pedestrian zone are in the immediate vicinity.
A parking space in front of the house is reserved for you. You can store your bike in the bike cellar, which can also be reached by elevator. The apartment has wide doors and is therefore barrier-free.
A wall box for charging your electric car is available for a daily flat rate of €10. The flat rate can only be booked for the entire stay. You will receive the key from the rental office against a deposit of €50.
