In this modern, approximately 65m2 holiday apartment near the pretty Baltic Bay marina, up to 4 people can look forward to a breathtaking view of the Kiel Fjord.
The beautiful apartment, which is located on the second floor of a new building, has its own parking space to the right of the building and WiFi - also for workation. The apartment can be reached either via stairs or easily by elevator.
As soon as you enter the Seaside, you will be welcomed into your holiday accommodation in the spacious, combined living-dining room with an open fitted kitchen thanks to the large balcony window front with a wide view of the fjord. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, espresso machine and coffee maker for fresh filter coffee. On the large, partly covered, furnished balcony, you can spend relaxing time outdoors, enjoying the incomparable view of the Kiel Fjord as well as fantastic sunrises and sunsets.
From the comfortable sofa you can enjoy this fantastic view from morning to evening and whatever the weather, watch TV (via waipu.tv) as you please or listen to your personal favorite playlist via a small Bluetooth speaker. There are also a few board games and books available in your holiday accommodation on a spacious shelf. Behind the shelf there is also a double bed (approx. 1.60 x 2m).
In the separate bedroom with balcony access there is a double bed (approx. 1.80 x 2m) and a wardrobe for your clothes. From here you have a view of the Kiel Fjord and the marina as well as a beautiful view of the wooded Fjord hiking trail towards Heikendorf.
The bathroom has a barrier-free, walk-in shower and storage space for your cosmetics. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment for pleasant warmth. You can darken all rooms using an external blind that can be operated from the inside. For particularly hot days there is a large standing fan in the apartment.
Note: There is no washing machine in this accommodation. We offer you the opportunity to wash and dry your clothes in a coin-operated washing machine and dryer near our offices. A steamer is available at Seaside for ironing your clothes.

Laboe, affectionately known as the "sunny side of the Kiel Fjord", offers its visitors a unique maritime experience.
