Vacation in the excellent vacation house in the town of Kappeln upon the river Schlei.
The vacation apartment house is on the shore in the town of Kopperby. It measures 140 sqm and offers you a great vacation to relax and enjoy.
The house has a big livingroom with cozy couch, fireplace and cozy dining area. There's also a patio facing the south side.
The dining area offers room to 6 people who can enjoy a culinary nice vacation. The high quality wooden kitchen, with nordish design is equipped with high quality utensils (brand Miele) with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven and stove, as well as other amendities. The house is furnished and decorated in nice matching colours.
The accomodation offers room to 5 people (on request for 6). It has three bedrooms. One with two double beds (180x200), one with a sofa which offers a separate sleeping accomodation (80x200). On request the sofa bed offers room for a 6th person.
The big bathroom on the top floor has a shower, toilett, hairdryer and musik sound system. The finish sauna offers room for 3 people.
The entire groundfloor has underfloor heating and is tiled. There is a separate guest bathroom on the groundfloor.
Wireless is for free. The patio is big and nice to spend a relaxing time. On the top floor is a loggia with nice Lounge-furniture and a great view of the Schlei.
There is a lockable shed where you can lock and store your bikes, barbecue or sports equipment. There are two reserved parking spots in front of the house as well as a carport.
The backyard measures 700sqm and is great for sun bathing and the kids have enough space to run around.
The vacation house has a high comfort standard and is ideal for families with kids or couples who travel together.
We have enough equipment for kids such as many toys, crib and high chair. Bedding and towels are included in the pricing. The house is non-smoking, you can bring up to two pets against an extra charge and registration ahea.
Attention: First renting time: 03/23/2013. The house will be painted from the outside during calendary week 23/24. Visits before June 15th 2013 will enjoy a discount of 10 percent daily.

Attention: We will renovate the house up to March 23rd. 2013. The furniture and equipment of the livingroom and bedroom on the topfloor will be fully replaced as well as the furniture on the Loggia. A white couch will be waiting for you in the livingroom as well as white furniture in the bedroom.

The house is perfect for people who love to go fishing. There is enough spareroom to store your fishing equipment. The driveway offers room for a boat trailer.
The house is located on the shore in the town of Kopperby, surrounded by nice houses and close to the Schlei river.
In the town of Kappeln you are able to get the maritime feeling. Fishing, fishing boats, old tubs, and steam boats bring a great attitude to the town. On the shore are many restaurants and tourist boats take you on trips on the Schlei. A museum tells a maritime story.
Right next dor you can find the Steamtrain which departs towards Süderbrarup. The city centre is also worth a visit. You can wander from store to store, have some ice cream from the local ice cream stores, cafés and small restaurants. There is also a lot of culture to experience such as the art house Hänisch, Nikolai church, Koslowski Hall, and Capitol movie theatre.
Coming from the A7: direction to Schlewig Schuby, to Kappeln, over the bridge to Kopperby, turn right into the Uferweg.
