Each features a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a double bed. The residence boasts a heated semi-covered swimming pool and paddling pool (open mid-April to end of September), a children’s play area, a fitness room, a hammam (paying), a treatment cabin (paying), table tennis, a bowling alley, and a volleyball court. Pets are allowed (with conditions and fees).

Each maisonette includes an equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a WC. Free WiFi and a television are provided. Free municipal parking is available in front of the residence. A baby kit, linen kits (bed linen and toiletries), bed linen rental, and bathroom linen rental are available for an additional fee. End-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen) is included. A tourist tax is payable on site.
