The communal garden area offers an area of 250m2 where children can play. In the apartment you can enjoy the fantastic views through the living room window. You can also cool off in the chlorine pool that measures 8 x 3.5 meters and has a depth of 1.2 to 1.9 meters and is shared with the neighbour on the ground floor. You have access to 1 mobile barbecue where you can unleash your imagination to create your best dishes outdoors. The homeâs privacy is partial and there are 3 spaces to park vehicles.
