Preis/Leistung stimmt. Empfehlung für Küche: bessere Kaffeemaschine mit passenden Filtertüten, Korkenzieher und Küchenmesser upgraden.
Klares Plus: Nähe zu Fußgängerzone, Balkon mit Bergblick. Ruhig.
