You will stay in the heart of Rouen, on the charming Place Saint-Amand, in the heart of the pedestrian streets of Rouen, just a stone's throw away. 200m away at the foot of the Place du Vieux Marché, the Gros Horloge and the Cathedral.
Our apartment was renovated. completely renovated; and decorated with taste. Bright and fully equipped, it is located on the 3rd floor (without elevator) of a condominium. calm and secure.
You can easily discover what you're looking for. walk the city and enjoy the best restaurants, food shops and delicatessens in Rouen.
The apartment is a large T2 that can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. Please note, the accommodation is fitted out duplex, with a spiral staircase which could cause access difficulties for tall people or young children.
It is composed of in the following way:
- A beautiful living room living with open kitchen, a bar/table area outside; dining area, a lounge area with Smart TV and a sofa. quality convertible ;
- Upstairs, a bedroom equipped with 140x200cm bedding which opens onto a bathroom with an "Italian" type shower.

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. The accommodation does not have a private parking space. Paid spaces are nevertheless available in the Town Hall car park (located 100m from the accommodation) for a cost of 15 euros/24 hours.

In the event of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to accommodate you, your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, let us know as quickly as possible in the event of something unforeseen.
