To the east is a breakfast terrace and a private garden of about 30 sqm with views of the neighboring nature reserve. The terraces are open from east to southwest.

Quiet location with entrance from the back end of a cul-de-sac. The finca is situated on the cliff above the sea and only a few steps away from a viewpoint.
Excellent transport links make it easy for you to explore the island. From the finca you can reach in minutes the main roads in all directions, such as Playa Jardin, Loro Parque, the forest and the mountains. Two large supermarkets and good restaurants are within walking distance.
You can come to us 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. A possible rare exception we will discuss with you in individual cases.
For arrivals after 16.00 o'clock and Sat/Sun/holiday we charge a one-time administration fee of 25 euros.
For your safety: Plenty of space on our finca. Because of the Corona crisis: On request contactless stay !!!
