If you book for more than 6 people, you also need to rent the adjoining flat Picobello 1. It can accommodate up to 3 guests.

The flat is located on the ground floor and comes with 2 parking spaces.

All rooms have external windows. The hallway has a connecting door to the kitchen.

The spacious garden is perfect for sunbathing and barbecuing.

Garden furniture, loungers and a barbecue are at your disposal.

All our previous guests were very happy with the flat.

Timmendorfer Strand is known for its excellent shopping facilities. The shops are also often open on Sundays.

Eine gemütliche,charmante Ferienwohnung mit Seele

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Sie ist trotz Bahnhofsnähe sehr ruhig gelegen.Die Terrasse war auch geräumig.
Das Badezimmer war wirklich besonders gestaltet und gefiel uns richtig gut.Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit an der Ostsee.Die Vermieter hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tolle, große Ferienwohnung in ruhiger, guter Umgebung

Wir haben eine schöne Woche an der Ostsee in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht.

Da der Bahnhof gleich gegenüber ist, haben wir einen entspannten Tagestrip nach Lübeck unternommen.
Trotz der Nähe zum Bahnhof ist die FeWo ruhig gelegen und ein Bäcker ist gleich die Strasse runter.
Die Strandpromenade ist zu Fuß (mit Kinderwagen) in ca. 20 Minuten gut erreichbar.

Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hat sich bei Fragen/Problemen (z.B. fehlendes Kinderbett) sofort gekümmert.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, jederzeit wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, Ausstattung sehr gut, alles was man braucht. Vor allem die super bequemen Matrazen haben uns allen gut getan.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, hatte wegen dem Bahnhof bedenken aber da war keine Lärmbelästigung.
Für Ausflüge ideal, 50 m und wir sind per Zug nach Lübeck und Burg Fehmarn gefahren.
Die Bäckerei ist gleich um die Ecke .
Großer Parkplatz Nähe Strand oder man läuft zu Fuß durch den Kurpark.
Jederzeit wieder -:)
