The holiday apartment is located in a landmarked farmhouse on the first floor. It is a massive 160 m2 and has high light rooms with space for 4-10 people. Furthermore you can book two bedrooms and/or a second bath on the ground floor. Prices upon request. All rooms have modern furnishings.
With us, your children can frolic and you can relax in a lounge chair - the large garden has plenty of hidden corners and options for retreat.
Because we don't smoke and like to rent to families with children, we don't want any smoking in the apartment. There is an ashtray in the garden for smokers.
There are plenty of toys for children for inside and out. Trampoline, swings Duplo blocks, family games, books and Tripp-Trapps and baby cots.

In Stadthagen (about 14 km), you can wander or go for an ice cream. In the Tropicana pool there is a large water slide, a wave channel and much more.
In Bückeburg (about 25 km) you can visit the castle or a helicopter museum.
Wölpinghausen is a small village in a picturesque environment. It is located in the foothills of the Rehburger mountains. There are many opportunities to walk or cycle. In 5 minutes you are in the forest, or even more quickly on nice paths through the field. There is a wonderful view of the Lake Steinhude from a viewpoint only a few metres away.
In the village there is a small shop and a candle maker, additional shopping in Sachsenhagen (about 5 km).
From the A2 (Hannover/Dortmund), you'll reach us via the Wunstorf-Luthe exit (from the north) or Bad Nenndorf (from the south).

The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation, the owner will charge damages, as follows:
Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival 10% of the rental price
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before arrival 30% of the rental price
Cancellation 32 days to 22 days before arrival 60% of the rental price.
Cancellation 21 days to 14 days before arrival 90% of the rental price.
Later than 14 days before arrival 100% of the rental price.
The tenant is responsible for the evidence that the damage did not occur or was significantly less than the flat fee.
The tenant has the right to find a replacement tenant who will take over the rental apartment in its full scope. There may be a processing fee of 50.00 EUR charged. And there's no cancellation fee.
Arrival and departure times may also be arranged by request (depending on the booking)
The price list only applies to occupation of up to 10 people in the upper, the "larger"
holiday apartment. if you want to book the additional 2 bedrooms and/or the additional bath on the ground floor
please send us a price request.
