Host's notes
Cancellation policy
The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of cancellation, the owner will charge damages, as follows: Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival 10% of the rental price Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before arrival 30% of the rental price Cancellation 32 days to 22 days before arrival 60% of the rental price. Cancellation 21 days to 14 days before arrival 90% of the rental price. Later than 14 days before arrival 100% of the rental price. The tenant is responsible for the evidence that the damage did not occur or was significantly less than the flat fee. The tenant has the right to find a replacement tenant who will take over the rental apartment in its full scope. There may be a processing fee of 50.00 EUR charged. And there's no cancellation fee.

In Stadthagen (about 14 km), you can wander or go for an ice cream. In the Tropicana pool there is a large water slide, a wave channel and much more. In Bückeburg (about 25 km) you can visit the castle or a helicopter museum.
Holiday destination
Wölpinghausen is a small village in a picturesque environment. It is located in the foothills of the Rehburger mountains. There are many opportunities to walk or cycle. In 5 minutes you are in the forest, or even more quickly on nice paths through the field. There is a wonderful view of the Lake Steinhude from a viewpoint only a few metres away. In the village there is a small shop and a candle maker, additional shopping in Sachsenhagen (about 5 km).
Getting there
From the A2 (Hannover/Dortmund), you'll reach us via the Wunstorf-Luthe exit (from the north) or Bad Nenndorf (from the south). If needed, we will send you detailed directions.

Es war wunderbar. Die Wohnung sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet und das große Wohnzimmer optimal für eine Gruppe ( Familie von 1- 67 Jahren) für uns. Nette Gastgeber, obwohl im Haus wohnend, kaum zu merken, auch wenn es bei uns mal etwas lauter wurde Der Garten läd zu gemütlichen Abenden ein, auch dort alles was (Kinder-) Herzen hochschlagen lässt, Trampolin, Spielecke, Himmelsschaukel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Die Unterkunft ist der perfekte Ort, um mit Familie oder Freunden schöne Stunden zu verbringen. Es ist alles super sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Garten kann man herrlich die Seele baumeln lassen. Im Wohnraum finden bis zu 15 Personen Platz an den großen Esstischen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
