Holiday destination
The apartment offers you an ideal location, only 600 m from the beach and 2 km from the historic old town.
In the immediate vicinity there is a small shop with fresh pastries and other things, as well as numerous restaurants.
Through discreet contact with guests, we try to meet the most diverse customer requests, such as: E.g. with a cycling map of the area with tour descriptions (numerous marked cycle paths) with advice for special trips and festivals taking place.
Getting there
Porec is e.g. 560 km from Munich. Salzburg, Tauern motorway, Katschberg, Karawanken, Ljubljana, Koper and on the Croatian highway 'Y' directly to the exit Visnjan. From Spittal via Trieste, Koper to the "Y" and exit Visnjan to Kukci.
A little closer: direction KASTEL E751 / DRAGONJA SLO-HR (15 km). After the border go straight on the motorway ISTRA "Y" direction PULA, after about 30 km exit VISNJAN exit. Turn right in the direction of NOVA VAS and continue for another 7 km through NOVA VAS towards POREC. At the Kukci roundabout, pass the restaurant "Marina", go straight for 300m, then turn left (follow the Vila Mala sign) until reaching this street. We are at Cerova ulica at number 1
