Our holiday homes are situated on a gentle slope at the edge of a small woodland. From the bungalow, you have a wonderful view of our beautiful landscape - meadows, villages, our golf course, and our fantastic mountain panorama.
The bungalows are located away from traffic noise in a quiet, sunny spot. However, if you desire hustle and bustle, you are just a few minutes away from the lake or the center.
Both holiday homes are fully furnished and can accommodate 2 to 6 people.
The holiday home is very suitable for a vacation with children, as it has a large play and sports area.
Smaller children can enjoy a playhouse with a slide, swings, a bird's nest swing, seesaws, and a large sandbox.

The holiday home is located in the small, flower-adorned village of Grabelsdorf.
Our two lakes (Turnersee and Klopeiner See) are only about 900 m away. At both lakes, with our bathing cards, you have free access to 3 beach resorts.
Guests have the opportunity to observe animals at a nearby farm, get fresh milk, or collect fresh eggs.
There are horse riding opportunities within a 15-minute walk.
From Munich to Salzburg, through the Tauern Tunnel to Villach, continuing to Klagenfurt, towards Lake Klopein, in St. Kanzian towards Turnersee, follow the signs for Golfplatz - Grabelsdorf.
