Holiday destination
Lemmer is located in South Friesland and is situated on the IJsselmeer (we have a beach) and the lake district. Lemmer is an old fishing village where the atmosphere is still maritime and cozy. In the village, there are many boats, good restaurants, terraces, and nice shops. You are welcome to bring your own boat or rent a small motorboat/sailboat. You do not need a license or sailing certificate for this.

Near Arnhem (1.5 hours drive) or near Groningen (1 hour drive) across the border.

Aquaronde ist eine sehr gelungene Wohn- / Ferienhausanlage. Die Häuser an sich sind alle baugleich ( wir waren zum 2. Mal in dieser Anlage), die Ausstattung innen wie außen natürlich unterschiedlich. Die Häuser sind alle direkt an runden Seen gelegen, daher variieren Größe der Grundstücke sowie Sonnenstand. Dieses Haus liegt an einem "Verbindungskanal" zwischen 2 Seen, ab ca. 10:00h im Hochsommer Sonne auf der Terasse bis zum lezten Sonnenstrahl. Dichter ans Wasser geht es nicht. Einfach herrlich, von der eigenen Terasse ins kühle Nass zu springen. Ausstattung war gut, alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben Mückenschutz an den Fenstern vermisst, konnten abends nicht durchlüften, im Sommer heiß drinnen. Es fehlt aus Platzgründen ein Fahrradschuppen, somit auch kein Kohlegrill vorhanden.
