Cancellation policy
MKF may charge a lump-sum cancellation fee as a percentage of the holiday property price as follows, taking into account the following breakdown according to the proximity of the time of cancellation to the contractually agreed start of the stay:
- up to the 90th day before the start of occupancy: 20%.
- from the 89th to the 70th day before the start of occupancy 30%.
- from the 69th to the 51st day before the start of occupancy: 40%.
- from the 50th to the 31st day before the start of occupancy 80%.
- from 30th day to start of occupancy 90%.

From the coastal road you go down to the small hidden beaches. Here, at the Côte d'Azur, one can swim in small bays in seclusion, at the bigger beaches at San Peire at the gulf of St. Tropez, water sports possibilities are offered in summer, as for example surfing and diving.
Holiday destination
The southern French seaside resort Les Issambres lies in the bay of St. Tropez, east of Sainte-Maxime on the Côte d'Azur.
Les Issambres stretches for several kilometres along the coast, there are small shops and typical Provencal restaurants here and there, on Mondays there is a market in the village square.
Here you can do without the car, because the beach, the harbour (for the crossing to St. Tropez), Provencal restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance.
Getting there
Bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday.

Es war ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub, mit wirklich sehr schöner Unterkunft, schöner Landschaft und sehr gutem Essen.

Gepflegtes Haus mit kompletter Ausstattung und extrem leiser Klimatisierung. Zwei Dinge waren nicht absolut optimal: 1. Das Betreten der Dusche ist eigentlich nur für Personen bis 60 kg vorgesehen. 2. Die Pinien-Bäume geben wunderbaren natürlichen Schatten, schmeißen aber massenweise Nadeln in Pool und auf die Terrasse. Täglich ist eine halbe Stunde für Reinigung erforderlich.
Die Treppe nach oben ist sehr steil. Unser 75 Kilo Hunderl hat sie gemeistert.
