From the hallway, you can access the first bedroom, a separate toilet, bathroom, and the second bedroom. The living room is equipped with a sofa, LCD TV, DVD player, and CD/radio, and there's a door leading to the balcony, complete with garden furniture.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a kettle.

The location is south of Egmond aan Zee, directly by the sea with just a footpath in between.
Where can you hike and cycle through unspoiled nature and, as you wish, alternatively stroll around, enjoy a cozy spot in the sun at a street café, bask in the sun, and shop in peace?

The beach is also accessible for the physically challenged. The lighthouse van Speyk is open for visits at certain times.
By car from the direction of Amsterdam via A9:
Take exit 10-Castricum and follow the N203/N8 towards Uitgeest. Then continue on the N203. After 6.2 km, turn left onto Zeeweg/N513.
After 2.4 km, take the first exit at the roundabout onto Heereweg. At the first traffic light (after 6.5 km), turn left onto Heiloöer Zeeweg. At the next traffic light, go straight and at the following traffic light, turn left into Voorstraat towards the center.
After 500 meters, turn left into Prins Hendrikstraat. Continue on Admiraal de Ruyterweg to Zeeweg. Then after 350 meters, turn left into Kennedyboulevard.
You have arrived at your destination, Kennedyboulevard 134.
