Our house "J. v. Eichendorff" is in the green street, in central and at the same time quiet situation in the west part of Prerow. The house is surrounded by a big garden. Up to the local middle with shopping possibilities these are 800 m, in 400 m of distance the national park begins in the west with the Darss forest.
Up to the fine-sandy north beach, the main state of Prerow, the distance amounts to 1 km. One reaches the famous wild-romantic west beach on the west coast of the Darss which was chosen by the TV staion Arte under 20 nicest beaches of the world best of all by bicycle tour by the Darss forest in 6 km of distance.
Getting there
By car
Journey to Prerow best of all via the highway to Rostock, then federal highway 105 in direction Stralsund. Behind the village Altheide turn left in the direction of Fischland and Darss. Journey to Prerow. There turn left over Lange Strasse to Gruene Strasse.
By train
A train journey is possible to Ribnitz-Damgarten or Barth. From there a coach or taxi brings you to Prerow. With coach please get out at the bus stop Prerow - Edeka-Kaufhalle in the center of the villlage and turn right from the Bergstrasse into Gruene Strasse.

Die Nichtraucherwohnung stinkt nach Zigarette, die Vorhänge sollte man mal reinigen lassen, das würde helfen. Viel schlimmer ist das die Heizung nicht angeschaltet wird, ohne Pulli kann man nicht in der Wohnung sein. Noch schlimmer finde ich allerdings das man nur lauwarm duschen kann. Im Angebot stand das WLAN vorhanden ist, weder ich noch die Nachbarn haben WLAN. Für 4 Wohnungen stehen 3 Parkplätze zur Verfügung

Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir 2018 wiederkommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist optimal ausgestattet (evtl. sollte doch über eine zusätzl. kleine Ablagefläche an der Küchenzeile nachgedacht werden). Der freundliche Vermieter hilft mit Tipps gern weiter. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
