Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the Customer
The tenant may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the rental period or request that a substitute tenant named by them assumes the rights and obligations of the contract. Both the original and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rental price and the associated rebooking fee. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which the written notice of cancellation is received by the landlord. In the event of cancellation (or no-show), a cancellation fee will be charged:
up to 91 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
up to 61 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price
up to 31 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price
less than 31 days: 100% of the rental price

via Passau:
A3 towards Wels/Linz, exit Ried - Gmunden - Bad Ischl - Bad Goisern - Hallstatt - Obertraun
Arrival by train:
via Munich - Salzburg - Attnang-Puchheim - Obertraun (from the station: as the crow flies 250 m)
