We ask for your understanding that if no travel & cancellation insurance has been taken out, we must charge you cancellation fees in accordance with our terms and conditions without exception.
This means: You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of the travel price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price.
If you leave early, i.e., shorten your stay with us, the total price of the offer is still required.
