You can see this straight away in the generously dimensioned living room with its floor-length windows. This room is split into two zones: The
comfortable living area with its seating arrangement, cable TV and stereo system makes you feel right at home thanks to its alpine country style. In addition, there is also a beautiful dining area with a corner bench and table.

The separate kitchen is just a few steps away from the living room, and it boasts top-quality equipment including a dish washer and automatic coffee machine, and sparkles in every respect. Hobby chefs will really enjoy cooking here.
The two bedrooms mean that this holiday apartment in Partenkirchen is just right for two couples or also for a family with children. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers.

Partnachklamm are practically outside the front door. The heart of Partenkirchen, the historic Ludwigstraße, can be reached in just a few minutes by foot.
This apartment is also excellently situated for winter activities, and cross-country skiers can reach the trails in Kaltenbrunn or the sunny valleys around Krün and Wallgau.
An underground parking space is reserved for the guests’ car. The holiday apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer bevorzugten Gegend von Partenkirchen und ist Ihr persönliches „Basislager“ für eine Vielzahl von Aktivitäten. Sie erreichen viele Spazier- und Wanderwege sehr schnell. Die berühmte Skisprungschanze und der Weg zum großartigen Naturdenkmal Partnachklamm liegen fast vor der Tür. Das Herz von Partenkirchen mit der historischen Ludwigstraße ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die hohen Gipfel wie Alpspitze und Dreitorspitze, die Sie von der Wohnung aus sehen, locken die geübteren Wanderer und Bergsteiger.
Im Winter ist die Lage ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Langläufer, die die sehr schneesichere Loipe in Kaltenbrunn oder die sonnigen Täler um Krün und Wallgau nutzen möchten.
Egal ob Sie einfach nur Ruhe suchen, die Natur entdecken oder Kultur erleben wollen. Garmisch-Partenkirchen ist immer eine Reise wert!
Sie erreichen uns bequem über die Autobahn A95 aus Richtung Norden oder über die A7 aus Richtung Westen. Wenn Sie mit dem Zug anreisen wollen, sind es von unserer Ferienwohnung nur 2 KM zum Bahnhof. Gäste die mit dem Flugzeug anreisen wollen können den Flughafen München oder Innsbruck wählen.
