Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation we will immediately seek an adequate new tenant. If no adequate new tenant is found for the canceled period, then the rental price by the tenant, or a refund by the landlord with already paid final payment is to be made as follows:
Replacement claim of the landlord in case of withdrawal:
- cancellation up to 2 months before arrival: full deposit (20%)
- Cancellation 2 months to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- Cancellation 14 days to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the rent
- Cancellation from 6th day before arrival: 100% of the rent.

The A1 (motorway exit Bargteheide) is less than 5 minutes away by car. From there you can reach
in 20 minutes the city of Hamburg,
in 20 minutes the city of Lübeck,
in 25 minutes the Baltic Sea, z. B. Timmendorfer beach.
Nearby excursions for families are e.g. the annual Karl May Festival in Segeberg, the Hansa Park Sierksdorf, the Kletterwald Lütjensee or the Wildpark Eekholt.
But also the nearby castle town Ahrensburg offers many good shopping possibilities.
Getting there
Arrival via the motorway A 1. Exit Bargteheide.
Direction Hammoor / Bargteheide (!) After approx. 300 m turn left into Ahrensburger Straße (K106).
After approx. 1.7 km turn left into the Martenshorsttwiete and after another approx. 1.3 km turn right into the Poehlswiese. Attention: after approx. 30 m turn right and follow the sand path Poehlswiese (dead end) to the end.

Waren im November 2024 nun zum 10. mal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus.
Was sollen wir sagen? Es war wie immer wundervoll, ruhig, zauberhaft und erholsam.
Vielen Dank an Familie Lehmann und Familie Göttsche.
Wünschen allen eine gute Zeit, bis November diesen Jahres.

Das schöne Haus ist mit seinen Details einfach wunderschön und gemütlich.
Umgeben von einem Wald (für lange spaziergänge mit dem Hund ) einfach total ruhig. Sehr gute Bahnanbindung von Ahrensburg ( kostenloses Parken am Bahnhof ) nach Hamburg oder Lübeck. Oder einen Ausflug an die Ostsee Timmerdorferstrand ( toller Hundestrand).
Wir waren rund um zufrieden.
