Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation If you need to withdraw from the rental contract, we will try to re-let the holiday home. You, can of course, try to find a substitute lessee. In case the holiday home cannot be rented out over the same time period, the following cancellation fees apply: Up to the 90th day before the start of the rental period = 50% of the rental price Up to the 60th day before the start of the rental period = 75% of the rental price The full price of your stay is payable from the 59th day before the start of the rental period. Late payment/rental payments An advance payment of 50% is due 7 days after receiving the booking confirmation. The balance (50%) is payable 90 days prior to arrival. If the rental payments have not been credited to the lessor's bank account in due time, the lessee is in default without any payment reminders. In such a case, the lessor will make the booked holiday home available again and the lessee shall bear any costs incurred. If you don't pay the balance, the paid deposit will be forfeited. All of the prices listed here do not include travel cancellation insurance. We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The holiday home is located at the Baltic Sea with its Swedish skerries. Stångehamn is nearby and offers a public swimming area with a small sandy beach with rocks. There, you can watch the sunset and take in the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea with its numerous islets. Try to catch a pike in the Baltic Sea or visit the skerries of South Sweden on a canoeing tour. The canoe rental service is only a few metres from the bathing beach. Experience unforgettable moments on Stångehamn's rocks or on one of the many islets.

Stångehamn Peninsula near Oskarshamn can be reached by car. A road connects the peninsula with the mainland. Detailed travel directions and additional destinations can be found on our website under 'smalandreisen'.
