Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, man hat alles, was man benötigt. Freundliche Betreuung, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Der Parkplatz gleich gegenüber des Eingangs (auch die Breite ist ausreichend), nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Fahrstuhl. Besonders die Top Lage mitten im Binzer Zentrum. ist ein besonderes Merkmal. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Seebrücke, am Schlachtersee oder bei den zahlreichen Restaurants oder Geschäften. Wir können diese Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell im Geschehen. Die nicht ganz so gute Bewertung resultiert aus vielen kleinen Mängeln. Gemeldete, nicht behobene und teilweise vorher bekannte Mängel sind Undichte Dusche, die das Bad flutet und dieses sehr rutschig macht Sehr lauter Lüfter Licht in den Schlafzimmern defekt Nicht direkt gemeldet hatten wir die vollgesch. Balkonmöbel - selbst saubergemacht am ersten Tag - und die teilweise verdreckten Fenster. Alles in allem empfinden wir das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. Der Kontakt mit der Betreuung vor Ort und im Nachgang mit den Vermietern ist jedoch jederzeit sehr freundlich.
