Beachfront Villa Komos offers our guests complete peace & privacy, with wide open living room & large windows that allow you to enjoy the infinite blue of the sea. Built in 2016, with a living space of 300m2 and 500m2 of garden, on a plot of 7000m2. Outdoor there are: wood stove, barbecue, outdoor sink with view to the sea covered with pergola, dining area and a dining table. The private pool (10x6m)- (1,60m depth) is surrounded by a lounge area. Indoor there is a fully-equipped kitchen, a pleasant living area & sofa with an admiring sea view. The bedrooms are all fully equipped with access to veranda, TV& private bathroom.There is a master bedroom, a double bedroom with a double bed- 1.60m and a double room with 2 single beds.

Access to Kalamaki&Matala is very easy. You can try traditional food in taverns at Kalamaki, Sivas, Kamilari villages. You can go horse riding in Pitsidia, biking or jeep safari from Matala, sea kayaking from Komos or paragliding from Kalamaki. You can visit places as Phaistos, Agia Triada & Gortina
Villa Komos is a 700-meter walk from the seashore. With a unique position where you can enjoy complete tranquility, unforgettable sunsets, beautiful natural landscapes. Large heated pool and big garden . The villa is located between the villages Pisidia and Kalamaki with no immediate neighbors. At a distance of 1.5 to 6 km you have a wide choice of local taverns and shops. Beautiful beaches are also nearby.
Heating of the pool is on request and has an extra charge of 50 euros per day
