Villa Komos is a 700-meter walk from the seashore. With a unique position where you can enjoy complete tranquility, unforgettable sunsets, beautiful natural landscapes. Large heated pool and big garden . The villa is located between the villages Pisidia and Kalamaki with no immediate neighbors. At a distance of 1.5 to 6 km you have a wide choice of local taverns and shops. Beautiful beaches are also nearby.

Heating of the pool is on request and has an extra charge of 50 euros per day
On request (for an additional fee) we can organize a massage.
On request we can also bring a spare bed if needed.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und zum Haus geführt. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben in dem einzigartigen Steinhaus in Strandnähe, mit einem schönen Pool und einem atemberaubenden Blick, erholsame Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, äusserst grosszügig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Innen- und Aussenbereich überzeugen durch gute Architektur und eine in jedem Detail geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Sehr empfehlenswert!

the villa's location is a short drive from the main street of small village Pitsidia. There are no immediate neighbors and it is extremely peaceful and quite. views are amazing from any spot inside or outside the villa.
all rooms are huge and extremely comfortable, top quality finishings and equipment. we had few very hot days during our stay, so we appreciated air conditioners in every room (there are even 2 units in living area).
we did not walk to the beach, though the sea is not far from the villa - the closest way is sandy (so no access by car) and involves some height difference.
closest beach - Komos is 5 min drive by car and is very nice.
