Cancellation policy
Life can be unpredictable. If we are able to re-rent the holiday apartment with timely cancellation, no cancellation fees will be incurred. However, if this is not possible: For cancellations up to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged, up to 1 week before arrival 70%, and in the last week before arrival 90% of the total price will be billed. If the cancellation occurs on the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged.
The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 Fagg is not applicable. For all other details concerning bookings and reservations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Establishments as of 15.11.2006 are agreed upon.

Holiday destination
Quiet location on the edge of the forest, in the ski and hiking area of Schladming-Dachstein. Just a 5-minute walk to Haus im Ennstal with restaurants and shops. Directly on the ski slope, only about 500 m to the Hauser Kaibling cable car, the entry point to the 4-mountain ski circuit with 115 km of slopes! In summer: hiking and mountain biking paradise, via ferrata, golf courses, swimming lakes, zipline at Stoderzinken, rafting, canyoning, paragliding. E-mountain bike rental at "Sport Hauser Kaibling" (only 500 m away).
Getting there
Coming from Germany: Take the Munich – Salzburg – Tauern motorway (A 10) – Ennstal junction – Ennstal federal road (B 320).
In Haus im Ennstal, turn off towards the Hauser Kaibling cable car. From there, head towards the town and turn left at the first intersection into Junghannsstraße. Drive uphill, past the House of Styrian Ski Sports. At the end of the road, directly at the edge of the forest, you will have reached your destination (here you will also find a sign "Ferienhäuser Gerhart").
