On 42 m² of our apartment No 1 you will find a lovingly furnished living room area with an open kitchen and access to the terrace, a separate bedroom and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and window. On request, we can provide you with a baby bed for free. Children up to 6 years stay free of charge. Our garden can be used or Barbecues.

If that isn't active enough you can explore the 'Kanupark Markkleeberg', Germany's only canoe and kayak slalom course powered by pumpes. You might as well enjoy the well built grid of bicycle paths all over the area.
