We collect 10% of the price when booking is done as booking deposit.
If booking is canceled 5 months before arrival, we will refund booking deposit.

Holiday destination
The house is situated on the outskirts of Ljubljeva bay in the untouched nature. There are just few houses in the closest neighborhood. House is located in the bush / low forest area. You can see islands "Veliki drvenik", "Mali Drvenik" and "Murvica" from the terrace. There is a lot of yachting activity during the day in the canal.
Getting there
We meet our guests in place "Marina" which is 20KM north of Trogir.
If you are arriving by car, then A1 highway is the fastest way to arrive. Nearest exit is "Trogir" highway exit.
It is also possible to meet you at Split airport if you are arriving by plane.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und eine entspannte Zeit am Meer und am Pool in absoluter Privatsphäre verbracht.

Wir waren als Familie mit 5 Personen und unserem Hund dort und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Tolles Ferienhaus, in absolut ruhiger Lage, traumhafter Blick aufs Meer, klasse Außenanlage mit Pool - noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Dazu eine ganz wundervolle Gastgeber Familie, die uns einen sehr herzlichen Empfang bereitet hat und jederzeit hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen nett war.
Wir können diese Villa absolut empfehlen und kommen gerne mal wieder!
