Our very quietly situated holiday home is located in Büsum on the ground floor of the holiday home "Deichgraf" directly behind the dike of the newly designed family lagoon "Perlebucht". Except for a small step (approx. 10 cm) in front of the front door, it is completely barrier-free.
The modern holiday apartment is approx. 54 m² large and offers 2 rooms and a bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed.
In the modern bathroom with outside window you will find WC, washbasin and shower.
The spacious living room has a fully equipped kitchenette with dining table for 4 persons. The kitchen was renovated in November 2016!
In the living room there is a fold-out double sofa bed with a 1.5 x 2 m continuous mattress. Relaxation is provided by a relaxing armchair and a rocking chair. Free WLAN is of course also available.
The apartment is ideal for couples and small families.
For golf enthusiasts, 20% green fee vouchers are available for the nearby Ditthmarschen Golf Club. Please inquire.

In front of the living room window you can see the green dike and the bridge over the dike on the terrace (as steps and alternatively as a slightly ascending and stepless path). After these 50 metres you will stand directly on the pier and have access to the sea on the right and the family lagoon on the left.
To the apartment belongs an ideally located parking lot, which lies directly in front of the terrace behind the green area.
You can stroll over the dike into the city with fantastic view.
