Holiday destination
Extremely central (just a 7-minute walk to the town center) yet quiet, you can fully enjoy your holiday here.
In winter, it's only about 250m to the Hartkaiserbahn (entry to the ski area).
In summer, it's an ideal starting point for hikes, cycling, and mountain bike tours.
The well-known cities of Kitzbühel, Kufstein, Salzburg, and Innsbruck are always worth a visit and not far from Ellmau.
Getting there
Coming from Kufstein, drive about 20 km on the B 173 (Eibergstraße), which merges into the B 178 (Loferer Straße) in Söll, towards St. Johann in Tirol.
After passing the rescue station and the town sign of Ellmau, on the right side of the road you will see the inn "Ellmauer Hof". After the subsequent traffic island, you must turn left and follow the signs for "Ellmauer Kaiserbad".
There on the 1st floor is our restaurant, where we look forward to greeting you and then accompanying you to your holiday apartment.

Die Wohnung Hans im Haus Johann war für uns perfekt ausgestattet. Wir sind mit vier Erwachsenen gereist. Zwei große Doppelzimmer und ein kleines Doppelzimmer waren genau passend, und in den Schränken bekommt man alles verstaut, was man mitgebracht hat. Die Wohnung ist einfach und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlte nichts. Ein schöner, langer Balkon lädt zu einem Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser ein.
Das Bad ist topmodern, mit großer Regendusche, WC und zwei Waschbecken sowie viel Ablagefläche im Spiegelschrank. Toll ist auch das extra WC.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, und für die Zwischenreinigung steht ein Staubsauger bereit.
Einziger Makel: ein leider schlechtes WLAN-Netz.
FAZIT: WIR KOMMEN WIEDER!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung super zentral gelegen für uns als Skifahrer , ob zur Hartkaiserbahn als auch zur Langlaufloipe , aber auch zum Zentrum. Mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und schön warm, minimales Manko, zu wenig Handtuchhaken (aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau). Die Vermieterin sehr nett und gut zu erreichen. Also wir würden gerne nächstes Jahr diese Wohnung wieder mieten.
