Your welcome to store your bicycles -or rented ones- in the separate shed. Sun loungers, terrace furniture, barbecue and beach are at your disposal.
The sunny property with its old stock of trees lies in a very quiet and green area, about 300 metres from the lagoon Kubitzer Bodden/Focker Strom with unobstructed views of the fields and Bodden. The municipality of Ummanz, which includes Mursewiek, borders on the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park with its magnificent and unspoiled nature.
Cross the bridge near Waase, continue for about 800 metres and you've reached the idyllic peninsula Ummanz. Right after crossing the bridge, you're in the district Waase with its small fishing port and a small but very nice bathing area at the Bodden. If you keep driving for about 5 km, you'll reach the district Suhrendorf with its natural beach and a direct view of the island of Hiddensee; due to its shallow waters, it is especially popular with children.
From the district Gingst you'll want to continue towards Ummanz; in Mursewiek, once you see the second (!) village signpost, make a left turn!

Cancellation and travel interruption
(1) If the lessee cancels the contract before the rental period begins and without presenting a substitute lessee who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportionate rental fees (minus the final cleaning) are to be paid as a compensation if the effort to re-let the accommodation was unsuccessful:
Cancellation
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 10% of the rental fee
-up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 30% of the rental fee
-up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee
-up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental fee
otherwise (less than 14 days before the rental period begins): 100% of the rental fee
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.
(2) The lessee may at any time provide evidence of lesser damage.
(3) If the lessee has to depart early, they are still obligated to pay the full rental price.
(4) The cancellation must be made in writing. The decisive date is the day on which
the lessor receives the cancellation.
Between September 1th and April 30th: Additional utility fees/gas as charged by the supplier.
Booking a minimum stay of 7days includes the use of the washing machine and dryer.
