This selected holiday apartment is located in a villa not far from the famous Borik beach, 1.5 km away, and 2 km from the center of Zadar.
Here you live in a quiet environment yet in a tourist spot close to the child-friendly beaches of Zadar. The holiday apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions. Zadar is surrounded by more than 300 islands, coves, beaches, national parks, and waterfalls. Very popular with tourists.
Only 20 meters from the villa is a public playground where local children play, which is also ideal for your children.

Mirjana und Toni sind sehr herzliche Menschen und super hilfsbereit! Wir hatten das Glück in der Erntesaison dort gewesen zu sein und bekamen frische Tomaten, Gurken, sämtlich Kräuter und Knoblauch aus dem heimischen Garten. Unser Wohnung war mit allem nötig ausgestattet. Der Poolbereich war für 3 Fewos sehr großzügig und die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auch der Grillbereich, den man einen Tag vorher reservieren konnte war toll! Toni hat uns beim grillen toll unterstützt und ich konnte neue Grillideen mit nach Hause nehmen. Auch die sehr großzügige private Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Kleiner Minuspunkt ist die Trittschalldämmung zur darüber liegenden Wohnung. Vielen Dank für alles!:-)

Wer in Kroatien einen Familienurlaub machen möchte, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben !!!!
Die gesamte Anlage ist top gepflegt, hier noch ein Lob an Toni (Vermieter), der sich um das Anwesen kümmert. Die Sauberkeit der Poolanlage und die Qualität des Wasser ist sehr beeindruckend.
Mirjana und Toni sind Gastgeber, wie sich jeder wünscht. Haben die immer ein offenes Ohr, sind sehr hilfsbereit und dann machen auch was mit ihren Gästen. Wir (Familie mit zwei Jugendlichen) waren jetzt das 2. mal da und werden definitiv wieder kommen.
Und was auch top ist, ist einfach das Meer in Kroatien und die einsamen Buchten!
