The forested area Neuenburg - the "Neuenburg Primeval Forest" is an area in which the growth and decay of nature was left to its own devices. Plan an excursion with the family to the Klimahaus or German Emigration Museum in Bremerhaven. Extensive bike tours in the fresh air through the Friesisch Wehde or shopping in Oldenburg are also possibilities.
Holiday destination
Pristine and tranquil - those are the spontaneous descriptions from Dangast fans of the oldest North Sea resort. The former artists' village on the southern end of Jade Bay is 200 years old and delights in holidaymakers and the popularity of the people in the surrounding area. You have an unobstructed view of the North Sea to the opposing Wilhelmshaven immediately upon entering town. The old casino enjoys cult status with its weekend food service, situated in front of a wooded area (unique in Dangast).
Getting there
From the A29 take the exit Varel/Bockhorn and follow the signs to Dangast. Turn left onto Sielstraße at the first traffic light in the village, then turn right into Danksteder Straße and follow the street Hollwert to the left. After a few metres you will see the parking space for the holiday home 'Leuchtturm" on the right side.

Ein ganz tolles Haus, für den Urlaub das richtige um sich zu Erholen, es fehlte an nichts, die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Wenige Gehminuten zum Strand, Hafen und Hundestrand sowie zum Bummeln in Dangast, liegt sehr Zentral, sehr ruhige und gepflegte Lage.

Ein gemütliches kleines Häuschen. Ein paar kurze Gehminuten und man ist direkt am Meer. Die Ausstattung ist für einen Urlaub völlig ausreichend. Lediglich die Küchenhelfer könnten mal überprüft und evtl. erneuter werden (stumpfe Messer, abgegriffene Platzdecken - die auf dem Tisch nicht sonderlich schön aussehen und zum Essen schon gar nicht einladend sind und es fehlt im Bad oben ein Becher - ist nur noch einer vorhanden). Lediglich dafür ziehen wir bei der Ausstattung 1 Punkt ab. Der Service vor Ort, sowie vorab beim Buchen, war super!! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen!
