Holiday destination
You can travel up to the high plateau on the chair lift and hike along the high circular trail or cycle to Lake Chiemsee. Our Achental valley is ideal for mountain biking, mountaineering, skiing, cross-country skiing, biathlon in Ruhpolding and speed skating in Inzell nearby
Getting there
Arriving on the A8 from Munich, head towards Salzburg, take the Bernau exit then continue towards Grassau-Reit im Winkl. Marquartstein is the village after Grassau!

Wir haben die Zeit im Hause Irger sehr genossen. Frau Irger hat uns herzlichst begrüßt und direkt alles rund ums Haus gezeigt. Ganz wichtig: Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist ein Kleinod mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Besonders schön sind die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, sodass man immer die Sonne genießen kann. Die Region rund um den Chiemsee eignet sich hervorragend für traumhafte Wanderungen, was wir auch den ganzen Tage über immer getan haben.

Wir haben zwei herrliche Wochen in dem sehr gepflegten Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus mit sehr schönem Garten und zwei Terrassen ist super ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht.Eine sehr nette und diskrete Vermieterin, die jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Der Empfang war herzlich und es erwartete uns ein gut gefülltes Willkommenskörbchen. Die Lage für Unternehmungen wie radeln, wandern und Besichtigungen ist gut. Das Haus können wir sehr empfehlen. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder mieten.
