Cancellation policy
If you withdraw from the travel contract, we can demand appropriate compensation for each registered participant according to the following list:
1. The tenant can withdraw from the contract at any time under the following conditions:
up to 45 days before arrival: EUR 10.00
44 to 30 days before arrival: deposit EUR 150.00
29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
From 14 to 1 day before arrival or no show 50% of the invoice amount.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit
To eliminate the cost risk, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
2. Substitute tenant: The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant. This must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. He enters into the contract under the existing conditions. Tenants and replacement tenants are jointly and severally liable for the rent.
3. The receipt of the notification by the landlord is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fee (the next working day applies on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
4. If the rental period is terminated prematurely, the entire rent remains due.

Situated in a small village Stancija Portun. Even though it is only 2,5 km to the busy holiday destination Porec, you are certain to find the necessary peace here. In the evenings, you can enjoy the typically village atmosphere by lighting up the grill in the large yard right in front of the house. Restaurant , Cafffe , supermarket only 150 - 200 m.
The distance to the sea in Porec - is approx. 2,5km.
Getting there
- After the Kastel/Plovanija border crossing, drive towards Pula on the motorway and then take the Poreč-centre exit (2nd exit after the bridge). After about 8 km. At the roundabout take the 1st exit RIGHT. After about 500 m at the roundabout take the 1st exit RIGHT and after about 100 m from the main road between the wall is the entrance to the residence. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Auch der Garten ringsum ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Alles ist sehr sauber und wenn etwas benötigt wird oder Fragen auftreten, wird dies sofort geklärt. Viele hilfreiche Tipps haben wir von Herrn Golob erhalten. Vielen Dank für Alles. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

Hier passt wirklich alles. Eine wunderschöne private ruhig Ferienanlage mit eigenem Pool. Außerdem in unmittelbarer nähe zur Stadt Porec und auch das Meer ist nicht weit. Wir kommen immer wieder weil keine Wünsche offen bleiben.
