Our country house Arztmann is situated in a quiet location at the edge of the forest and is only a few minutes away from Lake Ossiach.
You can reach Bodensdorf with its supermarket, bakery, restaurants, and cafes in a 15-minute walk.
The Gerlitze can be hiked directly from our house.

Host informationMy mother has been welcoming guests to our beautifully situated old farmhouse (built around 1750) since 1958, and in the year 2000, I took over the farm and am very happy to continue this tradition. In 2011, the house was completely renovated, converted into comfortable apartments, and the extensive garden was redesigned.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht . Es fehlt an Nichts und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Hat man einen Wunsch, wird er gerne erfüllt. Zu erwähnen ist auch der wunderschöne, große Garten mit Freisitz, schönen Sitzgelegenheiten, Grillplatz und Sandkasten für Kinder. Hier kann man herrlich relaxen. Auch der sehr gepflegte Privatbadestrand am See läd zum Sonnen und Schwimmen ein. Rundum eine sehr schöne gepflegte Ferienunterkunft, in der man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die FeWo war sehr sauber und es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Nach zwei Tagen fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Der riesige Garten lädt zum Speedminton spielen ein und auch die Tischtennisplatte wurde von uns rege genutzt. Im überdachten Freisitz abends bei angenehmen Temperaturen zu sitzen oder unter diesem ein Gewitter mit imposanten Blitz und Donner zu genießen, war für uns Entspannung pur. Die "Card" für Urlauber (welche wir von unseren Gastgebern kostenlos erhielten) ließ uns auch tolle Ausflüge machen. Die Gastgeber sind immer zu erreichen, wenn man Fragen hat und machen es einem leicht sich wohl zu fühlen. Der dazugehörige Seezugang (Fußweg 10min.) ist für Familien mit Kindern das Größte! Wir werden diese FeWo bestimmt nochmal buchen, schon alleine wg. des Sees ;-)
