Informative and expert wine tastings with operations viewing on the vineyard of Axel Pauly, as well as ship excursions on the Moselle and excursions to Trier, Idar-Oberstein, Koblenz, Eifel-Maare can also be booked.
The wine-growing town of Lieser is in the famous Moselle wine-growing region. With 1300 inhabitants and 190 ha of vines, it takes its name from the stream of the same name, that rises in the Eifel town of Boxberg and enteres the Moselle in Lieser. It contains fish such as pike, eel and walleye.
Canoeing, sailing or a ship excursion are possible. Numerous wineries, half-timbered houses are located in the old town centre. The old post office, created from a postal station of Thurn and Taxis.

Coming from the Hunsrück: Exit at Rheinböllen B50/B325 towards Bernkastel-Kues, Lieser.
