Additionally, there's a spacious living-dining-kitchen area with satellite TV sound system and a very well-equipped kitchen boasting a 4-burner gas stove, convection oven, espresso machine, large refrigerator, and much more. In the living area, there's a pocket spring sofa bed for 2 more people to sleep on; a large shower room completes the offering.
The covered terrace offers a cozy seating area + sun loungers, and there are additional loungers + sun umbrella by the pool. An outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal grills is available for your use. The large pool is suitable for swimmers only, with a depth of 1.90m.
Our quaint estate is especially suited for guests who seek peace and relaxation, love nature, and also appreciate comfort during their vacation. At the end of a small forest path, the property sits on a plateau, with panoramic views of the countryside. At the Donoratico exit, continue towards Castagneto Carducci and Sassetta. After about 6 km, you will reach a sharp curve; continue on the road towards Monteverdi Marittimo.
At signpost 14.7, you will reach the GUALDA junction.
The property is accessed via a typical Tuscan gravel road about 1.8 km long. It is not a paved, asphalted road. Drive slowly! The road to paradise is rocky. Not suitable for low-slung sports cars.
