The towns of Schoorl and Bergen are located very close to Schoorldam. The old Dutch towns of Medemblik, Hoorn, Enkhuizen, Alkmaar, Schagen and Den Helder can also be reached very quickly.
The beautiful North Sea beach (6.5km away) with its nature-rich dunes (just 3km away) make for an inviting destination for cycle trips.
