Alvaneu itself is a wonderful mountain town on a sunny plateau in Grisons, and it has a skilift a large toboggan run, skating/curling rink, cross-country tracks and numerous beautiful winter hiking trails. By choosing our holiday home in this very special alpine region, you get the best climate for healing your respiratory system, eyes ans skin, as well as heart and circulatory system - all for free! And in our wellness spa by the golf course, you are king with your guest card and have reduced entry. Rest and restoration all around! Our magic formula has long been more quality of life!
    Getting there
    From Chur you can reach us via the motorway, exit Thusis-Süd, via Tiefencastel in the direction of Davos. The idyllic mountain village of Alvaneu sits on a sunny high terrace. 15 minutes from both Davos and Lenzerheide. Our chalet is very quiet, right at the top and at the edge of the forest, on a beautiful south-facing slope with stunning panoramic views of the village, the valley and the mountains.

    Anfang September waren ein paar Freunde und ich in dem Chalet Conzen...und was soll ich sagen, es war unglaublich! Das Haus hat alles was man für einen Urlaub in der Schweiz braucht. Eine Terrasse mit einer traumhaft schönen Aussicht, einen direkten Zugang zu Wanderwegen und eine Sauna die nach anstrengenden Wanderungen für Entspannung sorgt. Die Bergkulisse die man direkt nach dem aufstehen bewundern durfte lädt schon zu langen Wanderungen ein. Am Abend gab es nichts schöneres als nach einem entspannten Saunagang auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, in die Nacht zu schauen und dem leisen Rauschen des Wasserfalls zu lauschen. Es bleibt nur noch eins zu sagen. Vielen Dank an die Familie Conzen, dass wir eine unglaublich schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbringen durften!

    Die Morgensonne auf der Terrasse in der perfekten Stille, wo in der Ferne nur der Wasserfall und die Kirchenglocken widerhallen, der atemberaubende Ausblick auf die Alpen, die einen von allen Seiten umgeben, frische und saubere Luft, von der man nicht genug kriegen kann... Ein perfekter Start für einen Tag mit viel Wandern, viel Erholung, viel gute Laune am gemütlichen Esstisch, entspannte Saunaabende und noch eine letzte Portion frische Luft abends auf der Terrasse im Sternenlicht. Now THAT is what I call a perfect vacation! Dem tollen Haus fehlt überhaupt nichts - abgesehen von der Möglichkeit, permanent einzuziehen. Vielen Dank für einen so wundervollen und erholsamen Urlaub, ich freue mich schon so sehr auf das nächste Mal! :)
