Cancellation policy
If you cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival, the 30% deposit is forfeited. If you cancel 29 days - 7 days prior arrival, the fee is 50% of the rental fee. If you cancel later, arrive late or leave early, we charge 100% of the price based on the number of cancelled nights unless we're able to re-let the flat for the entire period.

Holiday destination
The "Weindorf Marling" lies 363m above sea level and in the immediate vicinity of the health resort Merano. Nestled between orchards and vineyards, the small village stands out through the typical hilly landscape and the imposing parish church.
In the village you'll find restaurants, small shops, a pharmacy, a physician, a bus stop and a train station of the "Vinschgerbahn", which offers pleasant excursions into the beautiful Vinschgau. The entry point to the Marlinger Waalweg is close by.
Getting there
By car:
Coming from the Brenner Autobahn A22 - take the exit Bozen-Süd (Bolzano south), continue on the motorway towards Merano, exit Marling, then towards Marling Zentrum (town centre). At the church, make a left turn onto Anselm-Pattis-Straße, after 30m another left turn onto Mitterterzerstraße. After approx. 200m you've reached the Pardellerhof.
Should you decide to travel via the Reschen Pass, turn right after the brewery Forst in the direction of Marling.
By train:
From the Merano station: Bus number 212 to Marling's village centre.
From the Marling station (Vinschgerbahn): Bus number 212 or a 20-min. walk.

Unser Aufenthalt auf dem Pardellerhof hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kinder haben nach diversen Ausflügen im Meraner Land den Pool im Garten sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Fam. Ehling aus dem Münsterland

Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, denn wir haben uns auf dem Pardellerhof sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Familie Eccli-Mitterer sind tolle Gastgeber. In der Fewo hat uns nichts gefehlt und für unsere zwei Kinder war der Garten top mit Pool und Spielplatz. Toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.
Einziger Negtivpunkt, die Eingangstür liegt direkt an der Straße da muss mann mit Kindern sehr aufpassen.
Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub!
