Die Wohnung bietet eine ideale Lage, um mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 500m entfernt. Wer nicht in der Tiefgarage im Gebäude parken möchte, hat die Möglichkeit den öffentlichen Parkplatz, der 5 Gehminuten entfernt liegt und mit 10,- Euro die Woche erschwinglich ist, zu nutzen. Mitten in der Fußgängerzone gelegen sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern hat reibungslos funktioniert.
