Our farm is located in St. Magdalena in the beautiful Gsieser Valley in South Tyrol at 1400 m above sea level in a sunny location, with stunning views of the Gsieser Valley, the surrounding pastures and the Dolomites.
Since its reconstruction in 2014 and reopening in February 2015, the apartment has been decorated with much wood and natural materials. The apartment is framed with wonderfully scented pine wood. It radiates warmth and cosiness through a nice mix of traditional construction and modern comfort.
The farm was built in the 16th century and since then has always been owned by the same family.
In 2014, the farm was rebuilt with great attention to detail. Great emphasis was placed on traditional construction.

Experience a rural cultural landscape with all your senses, experience customs and traditions! Enjoy your holiday in a quiet area surrounded by mountains, pastures, woods and meadows and experience everyday country life.
In winter, particularly popular are the nearby ski lift - very suitable for beginners and families - and the cross-country centre with well-groomed trails on-site.
From Brenner A22, take the exit in Val Pusteria, then continue to Bruneck, by the south bypass through the tunnel. Continue through Percha, past Olang until the roundabout at Welsberg.
From there, take the exit towards Gsiesertal, then continue to Pichl, St. Martin up to St.Magdalena. Turn right over the bridge and take the Pater Haspinger road.
Continue to the first farm on the left side of the road. Then you will have reached your goal.

Cancellation terms and conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB (Swiss Civil Code).
There is no right of cancellation in terms of the Italian consumer protection code. However, we do offer cancellation under the following cancellation conditions in terms of art. 132 of the civil code:
The reservation can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee no later than 30 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained. For cancellations by the guest in the period between the 30th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is required to pay the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation no later than 14 days before the arrival date: 40% of the agreed total price. Cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price.
If the guest is a no-show or if the guest departs early, the fee for the entire stay is owed.
Please inform us in a timely manner if you cannot make your trip.
The tourist tax of 2.70 euros per person and night from the age of 14 is not included in the price
