Cancellation policy
Cancellation terms and conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB (Swiss Civil Code). There is no right of cancellation in terms of the Italian consumer protection code. However, we do offer cancellation under the following cancellation conditions in terms of art. 132 of the civil code: The reservation can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee no later than 30 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained. For cancellations by the guest in the period between the 30th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is required to pay the following cancellation fees: Cancellation no later than 14 days before the arrival date: 40% of the agreed total price. Cancellation less than 14 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price. If the guest is a no-show or if the guest departs early, the fee for the entire stay is owed. Please inform us in a timely manner if you cannot make your trip.

The "Holidaypass Premium" of the Gsiesertal - Taisten - Welsberg Tourist Association allows free use of all public transportation in South Tyrol. You can also take advantage of some tourist services and discounts in our holiday resort area of Gsieser Tal - Welsberg - Taisten.
Holiday destination
Experience a rural cultural landscape with all your senses, experience customs and traditions! Enjoy your holiday in a quiet area surrounded by mountains, pastures, woods and meadows and experience everyday country life. Very well-developed hiking network with many marked trails. In winter, particularly popular are the nearby ski lift - very suitable for beginners and families - and the cross-country centre with well-groomed trails on-site.
Getting there
From Brenner A22, take the exit in Val Pusteria, then continue to Bruneck, by the south bypass through the tunnel. Continue through Percha, past Olang until the roundabout at Welsberg. From there, take the exit towards Gsiesertal, then continue to Pichl, St. Martin up to St.Magdalena. Turn right over the bridge and take the Pater Haspinger road. Continue to the first farm on the left side of the road. Then you will have reached your goal. Have a nice trip!

Wir haben entspannte und erholsame Urlaubstage in der FeWo Hochstein auf dem Feldererhof verbracht und uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt. Dazu beigetragen haben die traumhafte Lage mit Aussicht über einen großen Teil des Gsieser Tals bis zu den Dolomiten, die leckeren hofeigenen Produkte (die Butter mit Edelweißmotiv haben wir so noch nicht gesehen und sie schmeckt auch noch phantastisch) der Parkplatz direkt vor der FeWo sowie die netten, sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Das sind aus unserer Sicht genug Gründe, nochmal auf dem Feldererhof Urlaub zu machen. Bis dahin wünschen wir der Fam. Steinmair und den Großeltern eine gute Zeit.

Wir haben das erste Mal bei der Familie Steinmair unseren (gemeinsam mit unseren Töchtern 5 und 8 Jahre alt) Sommerurlaub verbracht. Aus unserer Sicht ist dies der perfekte Urlaub gewesen. Absolut gastfreundliche Familie, superschöne saubere Wohnung (Hochstein) mit tollem Ausblick über dem Rundumbalkon/Fenstern auf die Dolomiten und den Alpen, tolle Wanderungen ausgehend von der Ferienwohnung, tolle Familien-Ausflugsziele (Facettenreich und innerhalb von kürzester Zeit erreichbar), tolle hofeigene Produkte, toller Bauernhof mit den verschiedensten Tieren, und vieles vieles mehr. Es gibt kein Verbesserungspotential, weil alles perfekt ist. Danke dafür und bis nächstes Jahr!!! Auch die Kinder freuen sich jetzt schon riesig.
