It spans three levels, featuring two bedrooms (one with three single beds and one with a double bed), a living room with satellite TV and a sofa, an eat-in kitchen with a large dining table, a bathroom, two balconies, and a terrace.
The rustic furnishings and equipment make the holiday home unique. The chestnut wood ceiling, the old beams, and the wrought iron work are particularly beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped.
There is a large dining table on the terrace. Barbecuing is also possible. Parking is available 10 meters from the holiday home.
Due to the somewhat steep wooden stairs, the house is unfortunately not suitable for people with mobility impairments.

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus any services not utilized, provided these are not included in the daily or weekly price as a flat rate according to the price list.
The guest always has the right – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that no damage has occurred or that it has not occurred to the extent calculated.
