Cancellation policy
The guest can cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not used, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list. The guest is always free – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that no damage has occurred or not in the amount calculated.

Holiday destination
The hillside location in Sala Comacina is quiet, sun-drenched, and offers a wonderful view of Lake Como. The apartment is part of a private complex, with several units sharing the pool. A very beautiful, terraced garden has been created all around. Restaurants, bars, and shops can be reached in 10 minutes on foot via a path that offers beautiful views. Above the apartment runs the Greenway, a 10km long walking trail that leads to all the attractions of the area.

Die Unterkunft war super. Es war alles vorhanden.
Wie immer in Italien waren die Betten sehr hart.
Der Pool war leider nicht mehr nutzbar, weil das Wetter nicht mehr so gut war.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super (englisch).
