The house is absolutely quiet and idyllically situated in the Zillertal mountains. The house offers plenty of space for groups of 2-12 people and is ideal for families with children. Hikes into the Zillertal mountains can be started directly from the house.
A particularly notable feature is the immediate proximity to the major ski areas. The Hochzillertal - Hochfügen ski arena can be reached by the ski bus
You will have the house completely to yourself, a true holiday home and not just an "apartment"! Ideal for groups or families. A small ski bus or regional taxi is available within a 5-minute distance. Hikes can be started directly from the house, up to 9 summit crosses...

You are on the sunny side of the Zillertal. By car, you can reach the towns of Hart and Fügen in just over 10 minutes. Here you'll find inns, shopping facilities, as well as the valley station of the ski area.
Directly from the house, countless hiking and ski touring opportunities open up. There are 8 main peaks with summit crosses to reach (directly from the house!).
In the nearby area, other sports are possible: skiing, cross-country skiing, golf, horseback riding, climbing, swimming, biking...
Drive through the Zillertal to Stumm, then head towards Stummerberg / Gattererberg. Ascend Gattererberg for just under 4 km until you reach the address Gattererberg.
