Steps outside lead you to the 1st floor where you will find a large and bright living room with TV, fireplace, lounge- and dining area. There are glass sliding doors to the terrace and garden. The terrace at the frontside gives a great view at the Mediterranean. The terrace connects with a small staircase the garden and the pool. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and has a door to the side terrace with stoned barbecue and an electrical Weber Bbq.
The corridor through the living leads to the utility room with washing machine and dryer and the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms at this floor. 2 bedrooms are situated at the front side with private balcony and the master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The 2nd bathroom has a bath with shower facilities and is to be shared with the other 2 bedrooms.
The ground floor apartment has a large living area with dining and small kitchen area, the 4th bedroom with doors to the terrace and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
