Cancellation policy
There is no tenant protection (tenant is liable for damages incurred itself).
In case of withdrawal, the following cancellation fees apply:
• 20% of the total price from the conclusion of the contract and up to 60 days before the start of the journey
• From 59 to 30 days before departure 40% of the total price
• from 29 to 8 days before departure: 80% of the total price
• from 7 days before departure to not show: 100% of the total price.
The resignation must be in writing, the date of receipt is decisive. The customer has the opportunity to prove that a lesser or no damage was incurred.
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The holiday house is situated on Costa Calma (calm coast), the narrowest place on Fuerteventura. Costa Calma is one of the most popular tourist towns, there are many shops, restaurants and leasure activities. Since La Torre (the tower), is situated on one of the best places on this coast section (only private resorts). The light-coloured sandy beach which begins here reaches almost until the end of the island in Morro Jable.

Tolles Haus, vorzügliche Lage, super Service alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub mit Sonnengarantie. Einfach nur zu empfehlen. Vermieter immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit, Autovermietung auch über den Vermieter empfohlen und topp. Herzlichen Dank. Bis zum nächsten mal.

Wir sind unterdessen Stammgäste und können die Location zu 100 % empfehlen. Es gab noch nie etwas zu beanstanden, und hat man doch mal ein kleines Anliegen, wird das vom Vermieter, dem lieben Lars, umgehend bearbeitet. Das Haus ist für uns Ausgangspunkt zu stundenlangen Strandwanderungen. Sollte man doch mal das Haus nicht verlassen wollen, liegt einem - besonders von der oberen Terrasse aus - der türkisblaue Atlantik mit einer mega Aussicht zu Füssen. Long story short : wir haben das Haus bereits für unseren nächsten Besuch auf Fuerte gebucht, einfach weil es für uns kaum zu toppen ist.
